RISE 'N SHINE/TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING w/Stephanie

A total body strength class using a variety of free weights, bands and more. The Focus is on Form! The repetitions are low, and the movements are slow to allow for heavier weights and more strength building. Designed for all Fitness level! Every Instructor has varied formats, so try them all!

Mat Pilates class will challenge your core strength and stability utilizing isometric type exercises. It will include the use of small props such as bands, balls and tension rings. Expect to be challenged!

CARDIO (CLASSIC AEROBICS) & SCULPT w/Sue

This is a High-Energy Workout that combines classic aerobic choreography with targeted strength-training intervals. Expect FUN, easy-to-follow cardio sequences to boost your heart rate, followed by sculpting segments using light weights or bodyweight to tone arms, legs, and core. This class improves endurance, coordination, and total-body strength-all set to motivating music that keeps you moving.
